What is a plant-based diet?
A plant-based diet consists of vegetables, grains, nuts, fruits and other foods made only from plants. Vegan or not, a diet high in fruits, vegetables and other plant-based foods is a good starting point for your health, the environment and animal welfare.
What’s included in the plant-based course?
The plant-based course is a 4-week course where you’ll learn everything you need to know about nourishing your body with a healthy plant-based diet. We’ll guide you through your first 2 weeks with the help of a grocery list and a 2-week meal plan using recipes found in this book. For the last 2 weeks, we created a template for you to create your own healthy plant-based meals using any of the 60+ recipes from the book or our easy ‘How to’ guides.
What kind of recipes are included in the plant-based course?
Recipes include everything from oatmeal, smoothies, soups, salads, pastas, curries and even desserts! All of the recipes are based on what Kristel eats. You won’t find any weird or hard to find ingredients — just whole foods.
What results can I expect from following the plant-based course?
Results will vary from person to person, but people who have followed a plant-based diet report higher energy levels, better digestion and eating habits, intensified taste, weight loss and clearer skin. 
Can anyone follow a plant-based diet?
